GlucoPlus Return Policy
At GlucoPlus, customer satisfaction is our priority. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 7 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Conditions for Return:
- In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send back the opened/unopened product to our fulfillment center, within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product.

- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.
